There’s a 4-hour hard cap on task volume — the plans are scoped by the type of work rather than a task count. If your needs exceed the scope of our plans, we can budget a plan and add hours as needed. We don’t quietly let tasks pile up and then invoice you.
We use Kajabi’s native collaborator access via our Kajabi Partner dashboard, so you stay the account owner at all times. We never see your account password and only have access to the areas your plan requires. You can revoke access at any point and we document everything we do in your monthly report.
Yes, at any time. A lot of clients start on the Upkeep plan to get familiar with how we work, then move to Active Management when they want us more involved. There’s no penalty for switching and no re-onboarding — we already know your setup.
Upkeep clients get 48-hour turnaround on standard tasks. Active Management clients get priority 24-hour handling. For genuine emergencies — a broken checkout, a failed email send before a launch — we treat those as urgent regardless of plan. We’re not going to let something critical sit unresolved.
Yes. Both plans run month to month with 30 days notice to cancel. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. We’d rather you stay because the service is worth it than because you’re stuck in a contract.
